header of a page is cutting

Hello there all,

I am using Microsoft Word Office 2003. My problem is
I have a LAN with 3 PC's.
In all the PC's the same copy of Microsoft Word Office 2003 is installed.
I created one document with one page in it. When i see the printview its
good working fine.
The problem is i share this document to a use on another computer.
If i open this document in the another PC the page header is cutting means i
can't able to see all the information in the header of my page.
I am not changing any of the options.
I can't able get the solution or reason for this

Anyone guided greatly appreciated.

Hello Mr.Graham thanks for the reply.
In my case the header is not disappearing.
When i open the file in another computer the header is not able to display
complete text there is some decrement in the size.
If i increase the header height i can get the full text.

Any suggestion

Ordinarily a header will start at the header margin and push the document
body down as needed to accommodate the header text. If yours is not doing
this, check to make sure that the top margin is not set to a negative value
(which creates an absolute margin).

the page seutup, header and footer margin settings are same in two computers.
But i still didn't get why it is not displaying full text.
Any inputs
