Header problem

I have placed a header in an excel worksheet - and saved
it - but when another person opens the same file - and
previews the file the header changes. This user does not
have to save the file - but when a third person opens the
file and previews the file - the header matches that of
the 2nd user.

Has anyone seen this before? Is there a way to keep the
header from changing?

What do you put in the header? Is it dynamic (the path of the workbook for
example???).
