Header Sender Email Address Spam

I am getting multiple emails from other computers that have the
W32.Swen.AA@mm virus. I am trying to determine where the emails are coming
from so I can let them know. I am using MS Outlook XP to get my email. Is
there a location in the header that definitely lets me know who the email
originated from?
