With Office 2003, some Word documents open with page headers and footers
collapsed into a line that separates two pages. I do not see anything on the
View menu to turn this view on or off. The only way I can make it go away is
to select View Header and Footer, which moves the focus to the page header.
It is then necessary to close headers and footers and finally, after all of
that manipulation, I have the normal print view. Is there some vba code I
can use to make my documents open in a normal print view?
Thanks,
Keith
