Headers and Footers

Oh my gosh, this has to be the most difficult thing for me to lear. Ok
here is my question:

I have just completed a three-page document using no template. The
client now asks me to insert a header. How do I get the header on
pages 2 and 3 only, and how do I get the respective page numbers into
the header?

HELP!

On the Layout tab of Page Setup, check the box for "Different first page."
Then View | Header and Footer, go to the Header (not the First Page Header)
and paste or type in the information to appear on pp. 2ff. Click on the
Insert Page Number button to insert a { PAGE } field wherever you want the
page number to appear in the header. For more, see
