How can I insert a header and footer in an existing data base document? I am
using Microsoft Windows Vista Home Premium edition.

You need to have a database in an MDB or ADP format and a copy of Office, or
at least Access on your machine. Open the form or report in Design View,
then add the header and footer from the View menu or the Ribbon, depending
upon your version.
