Headers and Footers

When I save an Excel spreadsheet, I can save it as a HTML,
or a regular Excel spreadsheet. In the Excel spreadsheet,
you can set the spreadsheet to have headers and footers.
When you do a print off, the headers and footers will
print with the rest of the spreadsheet. If you save the
spreadsheet as a web page so that it can be viewable by
the web, the headers and footers will not display. In
Office 97, a web wizard would pop up to help you with the
process of publishing a spreasheet to the web. For
whatever reason, the headers and footers would display in
the older version. It seems that I am missing some
setting that allows you to save the spreadsheet with the
headers and footers viewable on the web.

Any suggestions would be great...
