Headers on all pages

Hi guys,

Can anyone tell me how to create a multi page document whereby our company
logo header/footer only appears on the first page and not on all of the
pages ? TIA.

Check the box for "Different first page" on the Layout tab of Page Setup and
put the long in the First Page Header. For more, see
