Headers printing incorrectly

When I print out a word doc with a picture inserted into the header, it prints out ghosted - ie as if the transparency is set on, which it isn't. This is not consistent from one computer to the next - from some it prints correctly. Any ideas?
I am working in word for mac 2004

If the same document works on some computers, but not others, then it is
probably a problem with the printer on the not-working computers. Make
sure you have installed the latest printer driver from the printer
manufacturer, and that you've got plenty of ink, and check all the
settings in the File | Print dialog (which are not Word settings--for
instance, I think it's possible to tell a printer to print ink-intensive
images at draft quality).
