Well, it's possible, but rather difficult to envision why you'd want to
The short answer is just put a four column by one row table in the Header or
use tab settings - However, if this is for some type of headings or
captions...
I would assume there is to be content beneath the four headings, so the
question is: Why not use a four column table and designate the first row as
a Header row (if the table will extend across multiple pages)? If the table
won't extend across multiple pages, why put the column headings in the
Header in the first place?
If you can be a bit more descriptive of what you want to wind up with there
may be some viable alternatives to offer.
