Heading Row

I want to flip my heading row so that the fields are
listed down the side instead of across the top. Is this
possible?

Select your headers, copy, click the first cell in the
column you're copying to, and Edit > Paste Special >
Transpose.

Insert a new column A. Copy the headings, select A1, Edit -- Paste
Special -- Transpose -- OK.
