now keyboard beeps each time a key is pressed and
response each presssed key is very slow. message when
error box apppearded read 'when ctrl button is held down
for more than 11 seconds ....'

As you haven't stated which OS you are using, I'd suggest you search help
for "accessability" options.
You might also like to re-post to the relevant OS news group if you can find
the answer there.
