Sorry, this is too vague a question and I don't know what you're asking.
Please repost with more specific detail about what exactly it is you are
trying to do, including your version of Outlook, and whether you have an
e-mail account at all. If you don't, you will need to go and get one before
you can use Outlook for e-mail.

that way everyone can participate, and nobody will be duplicating the work

Note - posting your valid e-mail address in a newsgroup post, or in your
news account settings, is a surefire way to get spam and SWEN and other
