How to display the merge function "url" of a picture?

Hello everyone, as i'm trying to do personnel chart of my company, I tried a method using Merge function of Word. In a tutorial I found, it showed how to include a picture and how to get the function "url" of the picture to include all the others:

But doing so only gives me Word tabs shortcuts like this ( sorry fot the quality I can't take a screenshot directly)

Any idea on how to solve this please?
