Help a newbie with forms and email please?

Hi All,
I am using FP2003 installed on a laptop. I have succesfully created a
"disk based" website and published it to my ISP's server.

Now I am trying to make a new site that contains a form. Hitting
"submit" on the form sends the form contents to an email address.

When I go into "Form Properties" and type in the email address, I get
an error to the effect "This form is being created on a disk based web
or FP extensions have not been enabled..... would you like to remove
the recipient?"

I'm a little clueless here... what do I need to do?
Thanks!
Jeff

Means the form will not work until you publish it to a server w/ the FP Server Extensions & Email transport enabled
- if your ISP doesn't have them, you can't use them

Select No on the pop-up and then save the page.
The web with the form needs to be published to
a server with FrontPage extensions installed for the
form to work properly.
FrontPage gives you the pop-up as a warning so
you'll know it won't work otherwise.

Just say NO to removing the recipient. Go ahead and publish. If the
extensions are set correctly with email transport enabled, your form will
work.
