I'd like to investigate an oddity. While my office update
is at service pack two, my help about screen shows SP1 on
it. When I went to bring down SP2 for a second time,
thinking it didn't install, the download site said I was
at SP2 already. I am confident it installed correctly but
I am just curious what may cause that. Running NT 2000
