Gibberish does not help the situation. If you are using Word, go into the Format option on the Toolbar, select Font, and uncheck the underline.

After furious head scratching, Jeremy asked:
| Milly, I have tried to go to templates in Word. I am not computer
| literate, and whatever I did, it did not work. I am using Word 2003,
| and Outlook is probably of the same era. This may confuse you, but I
| am not sure whether the Word version that has been put on my computer
| is ok. When I go to "my documents" in Word, itis a different "my
| documents" compared to the one I have saved on my desk top. jeremy
