When I try to access Help and Support, I get this message:
Windows cannot open Help & Support because a system service is not running.
To fix this problem, start the service named "Help & Support".
Funny, huh?

What's funny? This is a group for solving problems with Office
applications. You have been instructed how to fix the problem. Services
can be found by R-clicking "My Computer" selecting Manage, then
Services and applications, Services, then double-click and Start the
service named "Help & Support"

Uninstalling the MsWord and reinstalling it will most likely solve you
problem
