Help Assistant

The help assistant is visable on while working in Word.
Howerver, a message box pops up saying (unable to start
the assistant) would you like to install it now? I don't
have the software as the program came with the PC.

Can I download the file from Microsoft?

What version of Word? Did you previously have Office on the machine? Did
you want to just turn the Assistant off?
