HELP! Attachments in Emails!

I need a solution, and your help is appreciated!

Is there anyway that each time i create a new email, a
permanent file attachment could be attached? A bit like a
signature?

I attempted to attach a file to a 'contact', then save and
close it, but when i created my new email and opened the v-
card, the attachment wasnt there!

There are about 50 people in my office whom are eager to
know the answer!

There is a difference between a vCard and a Contact. A vCard is just a plain
text file (therefor it can't hold an attachment) holding the information
which is compatible with many other systems. A Contact is a msg-file
exclusive to Outlook which can hold attachments.

What type of attachment do you want to be send with the message (and for
what reason)? It's probably better to place this file on a webserver and
link to it in your signature.

Well you see, in the office, we are using Microsoft Office
2000. (it's a very large organisation by the way!).

Ideally, the type of attachment i wish to attach everytime
i create a new email (a permanant attachment, bit like a
signature), is a Word Document.

Any ideas would be appreciated!
