Help backup.pst access denied

Outlook 2002
I am trying to move my account and all the folders to a new computer. I
copied the backup.pst file to a cd rom. When I try to import it I am told
Access Denied...... The properties show the file as Read only.

You're welcome. :] Yes, Outlook needs an exclusive read/write lock on any
..pst files it has open, so it cannot open a .pst file that is read-only.
