Help - basic formula question

ReBecca

Hi all

Right everyone will probably know the answer to this- but it has been some
time since ive used excel.

I have a spreadsheet of values- how can I multiply every value in the table
by 0.6?
At the mo I am using a product formula but I don't know how to copy it to
apply it to the other cells, without having to do it manually again.

Thanks in advance.

In an empty cell, type 0.6.
Copy that cell
Select all the cells to multiply by
Menu Edit>PasteSpecial
Click Multiply
OK
Clear the 0.6 cell
