Help Batch Conversion Wizard

Help, for the life of me I can not get the batch
conversion wizard to start on my computer, I have office
small business XP and have tried everything I can think
of. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Batch conversion wizard in what program? Word? Excel? Something else?
