FILE cannot be opened because there are problems with the contents.
Unspecified Error.
We get this error opening up Word and Excel documents made from a 2003
template file and saved into the 2007 .docx format.
We have a library of hundreds of files. I've been told opening them in word
2003 and saving them fixes the issue on existing files. AND Recreating the
template corrects it for future files. We've had this problem for about 2
months now.
IS THIS A SOFTWARE BUG? IS THE FIX AVAILABLE?
I really do not want to be opening all those files.
