help cannot access email

i have a coworker who whenever he trys to open an e mail
in outlook xp gets this error

Runtime Error!
Program:C:\PROGRA~1\Micros~2\Office10\OUTLOOK.EXE
Abnormal program termination

he have tried to repair office, then reinstalled but
still no luck any thoughts?
