Hope someone can point me in the right direction here.
I am using Outlook 2003 on XP Pro.
I get an error message "Your digital ID name cannot be found by the
underlying security system" when I attempt to open a digitally signed
message. I do not have the same problem if I open an encrypted message sent
by the same person - only with signed messages.
I tried to resolve the problem by obtaining a new certificate from Thawte
and distributing that to all the people using encryption / digital signatures
on my address book. I also asked them to replace my old cert. with the new
one by deleting and re-adding me to their address books. However, the problem
still persists.
Help will be appreciated....
