HELP Cant Login

I have the server installed and it's accessible via

http://myserver/projectserver

I'm at the login prompt... I can't login, I know the password I specified
during install. I've also even added my Windows account to the SQL DB with
the necessary database access. Still I cant login.

is the admin username ADMINISTRATOR or ADMIN? is it case sensative? Can I
recover the password (assuming I did not properly record it)
