I am using Access 2002. Every time I click [Save as HTML] from the [File] menu I get "Microsoft Access can't find the wizard, or the
wizard has not been installed........" error message.
I went to [Tools] -> [Add-ins] -> [Add-in manager] and tired to "Install" wizards. Initially there was no wizard files in the
default add-in folder. I copied the ACWZMAIN.MDE and ACWZTOOL.MDE files to that folder. I then "Install" those add-ins, but when I
close the dialogue and come back again, those add-ins are all gone. So no add-ins appear in the add-in manager dialogue. No mater
how many times I try, no add-in can be installed.
I tired to delete all ACWZTOOL.MDE files in my C: drive and run the original installation CD and let the instllation to repair (as
suggested by some articles I found on the Internet). It didn't solve any thing.
I then down loaded and installed the Microsoft Office XP service patch 3 and another small patch after that. The problem still
exists.
Can any one please help me with this? Thanks in advance. Oh, one thing I need to mention: I have both Access 97 and Access 2002
installed, i.e. when I installed Access 2002, I choose to keep Access 97.
