Help - can't view powerpoint files

I'm running corel presentation 10 and for some reason it
won't converst .ppt files?

Any suggestions?

Gary,

I've got a feeling I've seen a post somewhere that it can only convert
powerpoint version 4 files. I know macromedia director can only handle ppt
v4...maybe I'm mixing it up with that.
