Help content and Index not avail, even when I turn off Assistant (

I had to re-install Office XP when my computer crashed and now the only Help
that is avaialbe is Assistant (either through the menu or F1). If I turn that
off, I only get a little side panel that says "What's New", Microsoft ont the
web", etc. No Help contents or index or search.
