F1 Help and “ blue circle ?†Help do not display any Help content--from
either my hard drive or via online in any Office 2007 app. I see a Table of
Contents in the left pane, but there are no Help contents in the right pane.
Specs & History:
* new Dell 530 with Office ’07 preloaded (but Dell can’t help fix problem)
* XP, MS Home Ed, SP3, with latest MS Help updates
* Spy Sweeper and McAfee AV
* “Online content†enabled in Trust Center
* Office Web site entered in firewall’s trusted site area
* I re-installed Office 2007 from CD, but still no fix
* ran Office Diagnotics, no problems found
* no error messages displayed
* hi-speed connection with Web is working
