Help! Could not use 'Admin'; file already in use

Hello,
I need help!
I have a secured and split database that has been working fine until this
morning when one of the users was trying to log in she got the following
message: Could not use 'Admin'; file already in use.

Can anyone point me to direction I should take to handle this?
P.S. I am the developer of the database and I also received the same message

Ensure that
1. all users have create permission on the folder where the mdb/mdw are located.
2. the mdb and the mdw don't have the same filename - each needs to create its own ldb file.
3. if you haven't done so, you should split the mdb.
