Help! Create One-to-Many Data Entry Form

Hi - I could really use some ASAP (due by the 22nd of this month) help,
tips, tricks, referrals on building a data entry form with frontpage
that is similar to an Access-style Parent with multiple sub-forms. I
am new to ASP and javascripting, but I'm getting the hang of it
therefore I'm not too afraid to code.

I think I understand how to display relational data using the DRW+a
little ASP

What are ways relationships are usually set up for data entry? How is
the primary key inserted in the related tables?

The database is SQL Server - 1 main table with 4 or 5 related tables.

Samples are most welcome...thank you, ginger

Oh yes - It needs to be pretty Microsoft independent, in that Office
Web Components (which was easy but no can do) can't be used, for
example.

Ok - I'm sorry I wasn't clear. I have already set up the tables and
relationships in SQL Server. I am wondering how asp pages with data
entry forms are designed to handle the one-to-many relationship. I'm
thinking along the lines of how MS Access handles the main parent form
with child subforms.

So far my plan is to make a few pages, passing the primary key in a
hyperlink; although I'm sure my client would rather see the web form
all on one page, if possible. It's a currently paper form that he
wants people to fill out online. I'm also looking to try the new Adobe
Acrobat 7.0 forms designer, but as a back up I'm also trying to develop
a (simplish) ASP form. So far I'm not having luck finding a clear cut
way to handle the one-to-many like client-server.

I'm not sure what you mean. Is your question how to store information
from one form in many Tables?
