I need to create a query that will display information in different cities,
but the city need to only be displayed once.

It would help to have a bit more information from you.

But if you're talking about showing a city once, then some records
related to that city, then you really need to use an Access report
instead of a query.

The City can appear in a header, then the details can show below that.
