Help Creating Text File

I was wondering if you guys could help me out.

I am trying to take information that is contained in Excel
and write it into a Text File. I know that it is possible
as I did it within Access before. I just need the code
that will allow me to create a new Text file and then
populate it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
