HELP - Data Analysis

I have created an questionnaire in Excel, where the
respondents fill in the amounts to questions and select
different options.

This questionniare is going to around 350 people, in
order to analyse the results, is their a easy way.

I don't really want to manually go through 350 responses
and take the data.

Any ideas?
