HELP - Deactivate office 2007 for new laptop

HELP
Is there no way of deactivating office 2007? I brought it from a university
where I work and installed it on my pcs (on 3 pcs/laptop) but now I want to
sell my laptop because I have a nice new laptop but when installing office
2007 I can’t activate it. I get the message that office 2007 has been
activated to many times for the licence.

Any help!!!!!!! :)

Uninstall it on the old PC, reinstall it on the new & use phone activation
and explain you have retired an old system
