Help. Default Read Only!

My database has suddenly become read only. There is a
message coming up each time i log on telling me the
database is read only. The database and its short cut do
NOT have the read only box ticked. Its as if something
somewhere is telling it to open read only but i can't find
it. Please help.

Perhaps your windows permissions on the folder where the mdb is have been
changed.
