Certainly, the easiest solution is to display the other
site's Web pages in a frameset or an Inline frame. Then,
however, the other site's banner, links, signature, and
copyright content is going to appear.

Another approach is to write an ASP or ASP.NET page that
retrieves the other site's page, strips away any parts
you don't want, and then displays the part you *do* want
inside your page layout. But unless you're incredibly
lucky, figuring out which parts of a page to throw away
and which parts to keep can be very tricky.

If the content on the other site is coming from a
database, the best approach is to write a Web service that
runs on that site, accepts queries from yours, and
responds with any matching records. You can then format
the returned information any way you want.

And of course, you need to get the other site's permission
before using their copyrighted material.
