Help Does Not Display Properly?

When I access "Help" or F1 rather than "English" help I get a dislay in XML?
How do I resolve, TKS for the help!

I have this issue too - but only when using the offline version of Help. I
can click the book icon to get the table of contents from which I can select
specific topics, but I'm not able to use the search function. When I do, I
just get the same initial XML screen coming up. Very frustrating.
