HELP! Downgrade office 2003 to office 2002

I just got the license key of the 2003 and can't found my 2002 key. Is there
any method that I can do to downgrade office 2003 without the 2002 key?

Are you trying to install Office 2003? Office XP (2002)? Your post is
unclear. If you are trying to install the upgrade version of Office 2003,
all that is required is to put in the Office XP CD when it asks for proof of
a previous qualifying product.

If you are attempting to "use 2003" as a license to install 2002, you
will still need the 2002 key. 2002 will NOT install without the 2002 key.
