Help error message "not implemented"

Hi
I use outlook 2002 to syncronize my ipaq.
I'm having trouble after a reinstall.
I now get an error message stating "not implemented" when I try to make
a new appointment or to do anything.
I also cannot sync.
Anyone got any ideas.
