HELP - Error when trying to modify tables- BUG?!

When trying to access an EXCEL table that I
created/inserted in WORD, I get the following Error
message: "Word cannot open the document: user does not
have access privileges." This did not happen with
previous Word versions (I am now running Office 2003),
and it does not make any sense as I a logged on as the
administrator and am able to access any and all files on
my computer.

Have you updated Word 2003 using Help, Check for Updates?
