What version of Office and are you using only Offline pages or are you using the online resources as well? If you're allowing the
online content to be included in the search be sure that your firewall is configured to allow the Office apps to get to those pages.

I have a problem where the help files are disappearing from the programs
listed. When in the "contents" you can access some of the items and they
display. Others are displayed as "page unavailable". <<
