Why order of fields in design and datasheet views different? Everytime I drag
and make them same but when I open next time it is again different. Please
help me.

Are you referencing a table or query? I suspect you're dragging
columns around in datasheet view...
You should be viewing your table with a query; as such you can display
the results any way you'd like. The order should remain consistent in
both design and datasheet view (unless you've modified the datasheet
view independent of the design view, in which case I'm unsure how to
reset the datasheet properties).
If you can afford to, create a new query and adjust the field settings
there, leaving the datasheet to merely display the data.
