help for print

hallo everybody...
I need how to print ,with a command line (in START-->RUN....) a FILE.doc in
A4 size.
this is the three steps I need:
1) in START-->RUN , write the command (with complete path of WINWORD & path
of FILE.DOC)
2) automatically, WORD open itself and print the FILE.DOC .
3)automatically, word close itself
