Help for report row?

Does anybody can help me to set up report format on row setting?
I build up a report for my client, but he said which is too much rows on
every page (50 rows), How can I reduse 1 or 2 line on the report setting?

If you make the detail section taller the rows will be farther apart and
fewer will fit on a page.

If you make page header/footers taller or make top/bottom margins larger
then the rows will be spaced the same but you will still have fewer per
page.
