Help for shape operations???

Oh... my.... god. I can't believe how awful the help is for Visio 2007
I went looking for a refresher on shape operations (e.g. combine, fragment,
etc..)
I can't find anything that explains how these important commands work.

Can anyone point me to the right help file or another reference?

I recommend downloading the SDK because the documentation is then available
off-line.
