Help formatting shapes!!

here is my problem:

I am trying to recreate a company logo. The text is surrounded by a
parallelogram, but with rounded edges. If it was just a standard
parallelogram without rounded corners, I would use the template provided.

I've tried using the yellow box that pops up in W2007 on the shape template
(I've tried using the rectangle with slightly rounded corners) to get it to
lean over like a parallelogram, but all it does is cause the shape to look
more like an oval.


Is there anywhere you can download additional adjustable templates??

I hope this makes sense, any suggestions?
