HELP - Forms and shopping carts

I am trying to create a method to
1. collect customer information
2. collect order information
3. have both posted to the shopping cart

I am working with three pages. I have the script to post
to the shopping cart from the order information page but I
can I get the data input on the customer information page
to appear with the order.
